Abstracts

The deadline for submitting your abstract for the SEMA 2025 Congress is March 31st April 7th, 2025.

Please download here the template to prepare your abstract. Follow the instructions provided in the template and submit your abstract through our abstract submission form.

You can enter the form via the button below.

Authors will be notified of acceptance by April 15th, 2025, at the latest. The communication will be finally accepted only if the main author registers for the congress.

ORAL PRESENTATIONS
All oral presentations except for invited lectures should last 10 minutes each + time allocated to 2-3 questions. Oral presenters are requested not to exceed their allocated time. The time schedule will be strictly followed by the chair.

Oral presenters are requested to bring their presentation files on a flash drive (USB memory stick).

All presentations should meet commonly compatible format (PPT, PPTX, PDF).

SUMMARIZE YOUR PhD THESIS

SEMA is organizing a competition for speakers who want to present their doctoral thesis briefly. Those presenting an oral communication at the congress and working on their doctoral thesis or obtaining their doctorate a maximum of 2 years ago may participate with an extra presentation.

Interested candidates should check the corresponding option on the abstract submission form and indicate the title of their doctoral thesis. The Organising Committee will select the candidates from all the applications received, and each candidate will have 5 minutes to present an overview of their thesis work.

Presenters are requested to bring their presentation files on a flash drive (USB memory stick).

All presentations should meet commonly compatible format (PPT, PPTX, PDF).
